Evaluation Agreement
A proof of concept should answer a documented decision question, with proportionate controls and a defined exit.
This is a public review draft. It is not an offer or an operative agreement; signed service terms and approved schedules prevail.
Scope and acceptance
The evaluation plan should identify the technology, owner, environment, duration, permitted test activities, success criteria, evidence and decision date. Production use, resale and onward disclosure are outside scope unless expressly agreed.
Data and safety
Use synthetic or minimised data where possible. If personal data is processed on a customer's behalf, put the necessary Article 28 GDPR terms and security measures in place before access. OT testing also needs change control, safety review and rollback authority.
End of evaluation
The parties should agree how credentials, datasets, logs, configurations and test environments are removed or returned. Any later subscription, implementation or licence requires a separate written order.
