End User License Agreement

Software rights follow the actual supplier and the signed order. Brokerage and advice do not automatically include a software licence.

Document status

This is a public review draft. It is not an offer or an operative agreement; signed service terms and approved schedules prevail.

01

Contract boundary

This framework applies only if an order expressly identifies a VISIONCYBERX-licensed deliverable. A third-party product remains subject to its vendor's own licence, order and support terms. The parties must identify the licensor, product, users, territory, term and permitted purpose before signing.

02

Permitted use and ownership

An agreed licence should be limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable for the stated internal business purpose. Intellectual property remains with its owner; customer data remains under the customer's control. No right to source code, resale or sublicensing is implied.

03

Security and exit

The order must define access controls, security responsibilities, updates, support, data export and end-of-term handling. Availability, warranties, fees and liability limits require specific written terms; this public framework supplies none.
