ESG Policy
Environmental, social and governance considerations belong in the same decision record as security and commercial fit.
This is a public review draft. It is not an offer or an operative agreement; signed service terms and approved schedules prevail.
Environment
When selecting technology, examine hosting footprint, equipment lifecycle, energy use and avoidable duplication where decision-relevant. Do not state an emissions reduction or certification without measured evidence and defined boundaries.
Social
Consider worker welfare, accessibility, privacy and the impact of cyber incidents on people and essential services. Expectations of suppliers should be proportionate to the relationship and supported by due diligence.
Governance
Make ownership, conflicts, risk acceptance and evidence visible to decision makers. ESG reporting duties depend on the entity, size and applicable law; this position does not assert that VISIONCYBERX is subject to a specific reporting regime.
