Cookie Consent Subscription Agreement

Conditional service
This is a framework for a separately contracted consent-management service, not a claim that VISIONCYBERX licenses a cookie platform. An order must identify the platform operator, subscription, deployment scope, fees, support and data roles.
Customer governance
The website operator is responsible for a current cookie inventory, purpose and vendor descriptions, prior consent where required, a workable refusal and withdrawal path, and consistency between banner, settings and notice. Implementation must be tested against applicable ePrivacy and data-protection requirements.
Evidence and change
The agreed service should retain configuration history and consent evidence as required, support re-assessment after tracker changes, and define export and exit. Platform uptime and liability belong in the signed vendor and service terms.
