No improper advantage
No one acting for VISIONCYBERX should offer, solicit or accept a payment, gift, hospitality or favour intended to improperly influence a decision. This includes intermediaries and procurement interactions.
Conflicts and records
Disclose financial interests, referral arrangements and other material relationships that could affect a recommendation. Keep accurate records and assess gifts and hospitality against the customer's rules and applicable law before acceptance.
Speak up and respond
Concerns can be raised through contact@visioncyberx.com for review by leadership. A credible allegation should be assessed, recorded and remediated; retaliation for a good-faith report is contrary to this policy position. A dedicated independent reporting channel is not claimed here.
